The HELIOT EMIL business team is looking for a bookkeeper. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for all the accounting related processes, including recording of our books and invoicing of customers.
- Desired skills and qualifications:
• A minimum of 1+ year experience in bookkeeping • Skilled in Excel • Experience in Navision, Pleo, Zenegy and Corpay is a plus • Basic knowledge about the Danish tax system • Good work ethic • Thrive on repetitions as there will be a certain cycle in the tasks, but must also be ready for new challenges that you quickly familiarise yourself with • Fluent in Danish
- Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Recording transactions in navision Customers invoicing and overseeing of accounts receivables Reconcile intercompany bank transfer accounts Process payments to bank, suppliers and 3rd parties Support in external audits Communicate with suppliers / banks / warehouse / internal departments Handling supplier invoices and payments Bank and creditor reconciliations Finance and monthly close (ad hoc)

- Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Logistics Optimization: Manage and continuously improve all aspects of logistics and transportation activities. Inbound Management: Oversee inbound shipments for production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Outbound Management: Coordinate B2B and B2C shipments with our 3PL warehouse partners. Cost Savings: Proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within logistics operations. Process Management: Oversee all shipping processes, from initiation to delivery, that impact the transportation of goods. Productivity Goals: Guide operational leaders in daily transportation activities to achieve set productivity goals. Warehouse Operations: Perform administrative tasks to manage warehouse operations effectively. Compile, store, and retrieve production data for reports. Inventory Management: Responsible for stock management and reporting. Revenue Optimization: Manage assigned projects aimed at minimizing expenses and maximizing revenue. Import/Freight Management: Oversee the entire import and freight forwarding processes for all shipments. Customs Liaison: Act as the point of contact for customs and identify areas for process improvements. Customs Optimization: Optimize current customs flow utilizing bonded warehouses and customs documents (toldoplag, aktiv forædling) Communication: Manage all communication channels with our warehouse.
