The Assistant Designer will work directly with the Design Team to support the design and product development process across all categories at HELIOT EMIL. You will contribute to the creation of seasonal collections from initial research through to final approved designs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong aesthetic sensibility, technical understanding, and a passion for innovative product development in a fast-paced, high-creativity environment.
- Desired skills and qualifications:
Strong drawing and visualization skills. Experience with tech pack creation and comment files. Pattern drafting and garment construction knowledge. Experience with toiling and sample development. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of fashion product development processes. 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Designer, Junior Designer, or in a similar role within the fashion industry. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel. Experience with CLO3D and Blender is considered a plus.

The HELIOT EMIL team is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role sits at the intersection of internal team, external accountants, and auditors, ensuring that financial processes run smoothly, cash is controlled, and reporting is accurate. You will work closely with the Business Director and act as the link between operations and finance, helping maintain clarity across budgets, invoices, and cash flow.
