The carabiner is a custom CNC cut trim, in 100% brush finished stainless steel, featuring a laser engraved logo. CNC cutting is used as it ensures a high quality finish in the production of complex shapes and furthermore optimizes the use of raw materials and minimizes waste in the production phase. Stainless steel is utilized due to its many benefits here among its corrosion, impact and heat resistance as well as its many sustainable qualities derived from being 100% recyclable and often produced from up to 70% scrap metals. The brushed finish is achieved through a polishing process which utilizes a friction based polish to achieve a smooth finish with a raw look.
